It is a good idea to choose a company that is a certified member of an association such as IAM. IAM members must meet strict criteria to join the Association, so you are more likely to receive high-quality service.

Reading reviews on Google and Facebook is a great way to see what sort of experiences other customers had with the company you are looking to hire. These reviews will give you a sense of the company’s strengths and weaknesses.
